- — Cardiometabolic and hormonal health.
- — Body composition and musculoskeletal resilience.
- — Training: cardiorespiratory and resistance work.
- — Nutrition and food sourcing: quality of inputs, not only macros.
- — Sleep architecture and circadian regularity.
- — Stress, recovery, and resilience.
- — Living environment: air, water, light, the room you sleep in.
- — Supplement strategy: only where the evidence supports it.
Patients who want a structured, evidence-informed plan for the years ahead — built on real data, not a templated wellness package and not a diagnostic shopping list.
What is included in the consultation fee?+
A private telehealth consultation with Dr Nik and the written plan that follows. Any pathology or imaging recommended is arranged separately and paid directly to those providers.
Will I need any tests?+
Where useful, Dr Nik may recommend pathology or imaging to inform the plan. In Australia, pathology is typically modest — usually under one hundred dollars out-of-pocket — and reputable providers will be suggested.
Is the consultation telehealth or in person?+
Telehealth, secured. Available across Australia.
How are referrals into other specialists handled?+
When a specialist or allied-health input is warranted, Dr Nik refers into a hand-picked network across Australia.
What happens after the first consultation?+
Existing patients can book a focused check-in at any point to review progress, refine the plan, and address new questions. Use the same email address as your initial booking.
What is the refund and cancellation policy?+
The fee is refundable, less a small administrative charge, if no work has been performed. Once a plan has been issued, the fee is non-refundable. Booked consultation slots may be rescheduled with twenty-four hours' notice.
